What Is Lite Start?
Lite Start is for anyone who struggles to do pushups, squats, and pullups. It’s also for people who are recovering for any reason and wants to start working out where our Rapid Start Workout was too difficult.
Timing Of The Workouts
There are a total of 6 workouts. Each workout will be released weekly. Each workout is to be repeated 3x during a given week.
Details On Screen
The way I structured each workout is you just have to follow my lead, mirror anything that I’m doing and I’ll control the pace. Do your best to hang on and take breaks if you need to.
