We have designed 3 workouts you can do in the office, at home or better yet out in the park. These are all HIIT based workouts and require 18-25 minutes to do.
Make sure you warm up with a 30 second jog on the spot and 10 arm circles forward then 10 backwards.

Reverse Mountain Climbers
Chair Dips To Double Leg Ups
Jump Squats
Lateral Lunge Arm Raise
Do 30/30 work/rest for beginners & 45/15 work/rest for intermediate and advanced. 1 minute rest between rounds and perform 3 rounds.
