Zombie Survival Challenge – Workout 2
No Equipment Needed
14 Minutes
Calves, Hip Flexors, Front Deltoids
Standard
Level I
200 Prisoner Jacks
Must Complete 200 Prison Jacks In 5 Minutes Then 1 Minute Rest
Level II
250 Knee Drives
Must Complete 250 Knee Drives In 4 Minutes Then 1 Minute Rest
Level III
300 Mountain Climber Sprints
Must Complete 300 Mountain Climber Sprints In 3 Minutes.
Details
Every challenge is divided into 3 sections. If you can ONLY complete level 1, you have a 25% chance of survival. If you can complete levels 1 + 2, you have a 50% chance of survival. If you can complete ALL 3 levels, you have a 75% chance of survival.
